1: Wine tasting:
Undoubtedly, a trip to Kelowna is not complete without a stop at one of the 120 wineries that span across the Okanagan valley. Kelowna is the heart of winemaking in BC and contains everything from little family owned vineyards to large estates. 2: Myra Canyon KVR:
Getting outdoors and enjoying the Kettle Valley Rail trail is a great way to explore parts of British Columbia's vast landscapes, while enjoying a piece of Kelowna’s history. Whether you are hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing, the now retired railway tracks are home to 650 km of recreational trails that connect paths from Hope to Castlegar. At Myra Canyon, you can dive into 18 trestle bridges, tunnels, and endless valley and mountain views. Explore on your own, rent a bike, or join an organized tour. Big White is home to Canada's largest ski lift and is Western Canada’s largest night skiing resort. Knox Mountain Park is located right downtown in Kelowna and is the biggest natural area park in Kelowna. Knox Mountain has something for everybody.
