Crawford Estates is a small neighbourhood in Kelowna’s southeast end that surrounds itself with regional parks. Residents can enjoy the trails that lead into Canyon Falls Park to the south, or enjoy the long uphill trails from Myra-Bellevue Province Park. Within the neighbourhood is Redridge Park with a large field and jungle gym, and Woodhaven Region Park to the west with 4 different biogeoclimatic zones with diverse trees, plants, temperatures, and smells to visit while walking the trail.

Kids in Crawford Estates will attend Anne McClymont Primary and Elementary schools. Named after the inspirational Kelowna teacher of 39 years, this 500+ student school allows many opportunities for childhood friendships and provides some of the highest academic and social experiences for early development.
Students in grades 7-12 will attend Okanagan Mission Secondary, the highest ranked secondary school in Kelowna and 25th in the province according to the Fraser Institute. OKM provides some of the best programs and services in the city to its 1,300+ student body run by a four-person executive team.
