Kettle Valley House For Sale

Kettle Valley has only stood for twenty years and since then has grown and been awarded the ‘Best Community in Canada’ by the Canadian Home Builder’s Association. After the historic firestorm of 2003 swept through Kettle Valley, most of the neighbourhood survived and has further grown into what it is today. Kettle Valley builds very luxurious homes reaching to modern million dollar homes with pools situated near the many parks while only a short drive to the lake. For those seeking a modern neighbourhood with many parks, a nearby market and school, and a tight community will find Kettle Valley the place to enjoy the Okanagan Valley.

Kettle Valley’s primarily residential neighbourhood is scattered with small parks with open sports fields, playgrounds, and even a small waterpark. Quilchena Park also displays a trio of monuments of the Okanagan Mountain Park Fire with plaques that recognize the fire departments from across BC and Alberta that helped fight the blaze that long-time locals remember. Residents will also enjoy the award winning wines at Summerhill Pyramid Winery and St. Hubertus & Oak Bay Estate Winery with acres and acres of orchards covering the hillside.
